Single-Point Automatic Grease Lubricators

Electrochemical
When screwing an activator into the electrochemical CLASSIC & FUTURA units an activating pellet is dropped into a liquid electrolyte. This creates pressure through a chemical reaction which then causes a piston to move forward and continuously dispense grease into the lubrication point. The length of time it takes to empty the unit (which holds approximately 100 shots of grease) is controlled by the use of different activating screws(1-12 months) and allows for precise and continual lubrication.
The automatic lubrication system perma FLEX is available in two convenient sizes (60 cc / 125 cc). It can be used for inside or outside applications at temperatures ranging from -4 °F to 140 °F (-20 °C to 60 °C). Discharge period setting is flexible and can be adjusted from 1 – 12 months using the dial on top of the lubricator.
perma FLEX comes fully assembled and ready-to-use. Simply turn the dial to the desired discharge period and the system is activated. The electronically controlled chemical reaction will build up the pressure that is necessary to continually supply the lubrication point with fresh lubricant.

Electromechanical
Our electromechanical units consist of a reusable drive motor (battery or direct-wire powered) and a replaceable lubrication canister. Each of these units can be easily set for different discharge periods and be turned on and off with a switch. These units are temperature independent and have very precise discharge periods.
