Electrochemical When screwing an activator into our electrochemical units an activating pellet is dropped into a liquid electrolyte. This creates pressure through a chemical reaction which then causes a piston to move forward and continuously dispense grease into the lubrication point. The length of time it takes to empty the unit (which holds approximately 100 shots of grease) is controlled by the use of different activating screws(1-12 months) and allows for precise and continual lubrication.
Electromechanical Our electromechanical units consist of a reusable drive motor (battery or direct-wire powered) and a replaceable lubrication canister. Each of these units can be easily set for different discharge periods and be turned on and off with a switch. These units are temperature independent and have very precise discharge periods.
